Day 4: Vegan Variety

7:00 am - 3 mile run with Ann. This 5k is FREE at least! Sometimes I think about how much money we've spent just to run and it makes me wonder if I need to re-asses my financial priorities.

8:30 am - Babybelllllllll. I miss my Babybel cheese! Really. Settle for banana and cashew butter like usual.

11:00 am - Coffee with Almond milk. My friend Saniya gets iced coffee with coconut milk and it's DELICIOUS. How have I not been asking for coconut milk before??? Major upgrade to the vegan coffee game - will be trying it tomorrow.

2:00 pm - Soup selection v poor today. Chicken noodle and three-bean chili. Normally would go for the chili but all of my vegan dinners tend to involve kidney beans so tryna back off on the beans. Protein variety for vegans very limited. I end up with another $7 veggie sushi (ugh SO OVERPRICED), but discover that adding some ginger SIGNIFICANTLY improves the veggie experience.

7:00 pm - Sauteed kale, kidney beans, quinoa round DOS! Strangely not get tired of eating the same thing though I feel like for my body's sake I should switch things up. It can't be good to eat the same thing every day can it?
