8:00 am - Wake up suffering from the start of a cold. Feels like I have concrete in my chest ugh. I down about 6 different cold remedies - from airborne to mucinex - and settle for my usual banana and cashew butter.
11:00 am - Want coffee but realize that in order to get it with almond milk instead of regular milk, I'll have to stand in a long Starbucks line. Decide to nix the coffee.
12:00 pm - Why is the line still so long?? Ugh people. Leave please. I'm reminded that ultimately overpopulation is the bane of all of our existences. It's the reason that agriculture is such a big resource sink to begin with. In 1800, there were around 1 billion people on earth. 100 years later in 1900, there were 1.5 billion people. 100 years later there were 6 billion people. Wait, WHAT? Exactly. Now I'm just amazed that we have been able to feed this many people. Starting to make sense why we see such industrialization and mechanization of our earth's natural production.
2:30 pm - Slowing. Down. Today is dragging. Veganism give me LIFE! Buy $7 cucumber and avocado sushi. Dang this expensive, wholesome lifestyle. Hope the earth is appreciating me rn.
5:00 pm - Finish 5 mile run and really am craving some sort of protein. Like boiled unborn baby chicks. Help! I am not cut out to be vegan!
7:00 pm - Stand in line to see movie premiere of the Accountant. Briefly wonder if movie theaters have popcorn without butter. Seems like a sin.
7:15 pm - Movie gets filled up so we don't get in. But! We walk away with free movie tickets and a t-shirt so I'm happy.
8:00 pm - Same dinner as last night + a sinful amount of chili Fritos. God bless MSG chemicals. It tastes oh-so-sweet.
10:00 pm - Craving something sweet. Breakdown and get Annie's Bunny Grahams. What a night.
