That's why I created this website! Nice to meet you, I'm Keilani.
I'm a San Diego native turned Seattleitte, an extroverted introvert, type-A planner who’s always on the move. I believe life is about the people you meet along the way – the impact you can have on their life and theirs on yours. I believe in leaving a place better than you found that. And I believe humility & empathy will get you further than pride.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years working as a Sales Director & Commercial Leader at Procter & Gamble, managing billion-dollar brands, multi-million-dollar accounts (Costco, Amazon) and multi-functional teams. I seek out the business models that are breaking the status quo because it gives me the opportunity to write the playbook on how we win long-term in a new space. My expertise is developing a vision, strategy and operating model to grow a business over time.
What I love most about my job is working with great people. I’m inspired when I’m part of something that is bigger than just me. Leading a multi-functional team & coaching them to be the best version of themselves has been one of my favorite experiences to-date.
In an alternate universe, you might find me pursuing these other passions: launching a new gluten free brand as a celiac, managing a winery in Woodinville, pioneering a 4-day work week culture at a Fortune 500 company.

Sales Director, Costco at P&G
2022-Today Seattle, WA
I manage the entire Home Care product porftolio sold at Costco, one of the largest accounts in P&G North America. I lead a multi-functional team E2E from consumer research and product design to supply chain execution and customer sell-in. In total, I manage half a billion dollars across 4 billion dollar brands (Dawn, Cascade, Swiffer, Febreze) and have developed a 3-Year business plan to deliver double digit growth year over year.
Results: Grew sales +6%, adding +$170M incremental revenue & coached my team to exceptional ratings and promotions
Markets, Strategy & Planning at P&G
2020-2022 Cincinnati, OH
I was responsible for creating and deploying the go-to-market sales strategy for Febreze in several critical channels: Club, eComm, Grocery, Drug, and Dollar.
Results: Delivered $50M+ incremental revenue and 31% of total Febreze North America sales growth & successfully delivered the sales goals on all my customer accounts.
Sr. Account Executive, Dollar General at P&G
2019-2020 Nashville, TN
As the business owner of the second largest Febreze account in North America, I partnered with Dollar General to create a breakthrough shelf re-design and new promotion plan for the low income shopper.

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2017. Since then, I've been on a constant quest to find good Gluten Free foods! I love companies like Banza, Siete, and Canyon Bakehouse who have made it their mission to deliver Gluten Free alternatives to those who need it without sacrificing the taste!
Health & Wellness
We are learning more and more about the impact our diet can have on ourselves and our planets. I'm love companies and retailers like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods that are making it possible for us to do better for ourselves and our world by choosing delicious plant-based alternatives and NA alternatives.
New Ways of Working
I believe we do our best work when we have the ability to recharge & find balance. I'm inspired by companies who have embraced a hybrid workplace and I'm excited by movements in the UK and Germany that have started testing radical initiatives like a 4-day work week to reward their employees.

Things to know about me!
Met my boyfriend, Deni in Cincinnati and convinced him to move all the way to Seattle with me
I'm from San Diego & still go back frequently. Living on the west coast is important to me because I want to be close to family!
I'm actually not Hawaiian - I'm half Japanese! But Hawaii feels like home because my dad was born & raised there.
I'm no wine connoisseur but I love trying new wines in new places!
Yes, I'm a Swiftie. Yes, I went to the Eras Tour. And yes, it was worth every penny!
My favorite place I've traveled to recently is Croatia - I would go back in a heartbeat!
Living in Nashville for a year got me really into music - it doesn't matter what it is, if it's live I like it!
I recently learned how to ski! Seattle winters aren't so bad anymore
